Chocolate – the perfect remedy for bad days. Even studies prove that chocolate has this effect on people. To battle stress or loneliness away, why not just eat chocolate? You can also give them as gifts to cheer someone up. Here are some delicious chocolate recipes that you can try doing yourself.

Almond Toffee

Almond toffee is a great treat for people who love fresh California almonds with a generous layer of mouthwatering chocolate. Just crush the almonds, blend in some sweet cream butter and pure cane sugar, and add some melted chocolate chips. Mix it and bake in the oven. Put in the freezer and share with your friends!

Chocolate Mint Pudding

Prepare 3 cups of milk, a peppermint teabag, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and chopped chocolate. Warm 2 cups of milk into a small pan until it almost boils. Then, add the tea bags. Whisk the cornstarch and sugar together then add the vanilla extract and a cup of milk. Mix them all together and reheat again. Refrigerate, then enjoy your chocolate mint pudding when it cools down.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Berries mixed with chocolate is just a fun combination that you will surely love! Melt some chocolate chips. Then, dip one strawberry in chocolate, twirling them one at a time. You can also sprinkle pistachios all over the chocolate covered portion. Chill the chocolate covered strawberry for about 15 minutes and enjoy the fresh feeling you get out of every bite.

Hot Fudge Sundae

This one’s pretty easy. Just buy your favorite vanilla flavored ice cream. Then, mix chocolate chips, heavy cream, and corn syrup into a pan. Bring to a boil then remove from the heat. Add this mixture to the peppermint extract. Just pour this all over your ice cream and enjoy!
