Aging is inevitable, but looking youthful beyond your 30s isn’t. Smoking, lack of exercise, eating unhealthy food, and more accelerate aging. Fortunately, most of these factors are under your control. From getting Botox in Sydney to eating a balanced diet, you can do many things to decelerate aging.

To help you understand more, here are signs that you’re looking older before your time, and what you should do to avoid them:

Your Eyes Look Bloodshot

Swollen or dilated blood vessels make your eyes look bloodshot and old. Sitting in front of the computer for more than eight hours and getting inadequate sleep may cause redness in your eyes. Put cold compress on your eyes for 10 minutes to reduce redness. This, however, isn’t a cure. You should seek help from a doctor if it persists.

Your Eyelids are Looking Weary

Many factors, including a drug used to treat glaucoma, may cause droopy eyelids. As you grow older, your eyelids will stretch and the supporting muscles will weaken. As a result, fat may collect above and below your eyelids, causing droopy eyelids. You can do a few things to combat sagging, such as getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, and consuming less salt.

You Wake Up with an Extremely Dry Mouth

Waking up with an extremely dry mouth is a sign of aging. There are many causes of dry mouth and these include everything from smoking to nerve damage. Luckily, there are sprays that stimulate saliva production. You can sip water, chew sugar-free gum, and reduce your caffeine intake to treat dry mouth.

You Have Deep Facial Wrinkles

Your skin undergoes dramatic changes as you age, including the formation of wrinkles. As the fat cells begin to shrink, your skin loses elasticity. Wrinkle injections involve minimal pain and downtime, but delivers significant anti-aging results. They promise to soften facial wrinkles, minimise pores, fade scars, and leave patients with brighter, tighter, and younger skin – all courtesy of muscle relaxing injections.

There’s no way to stop aging, but some cosmetic treatments can make them less noticeable. Chemical peels, laser resurfacing, Botox, and anti-wrinkle injections in Sydney are more likely to produce better results than serums and creams.
